A 32 Jet Comfort Control System
Hot Springs Spa is availible for your use. The spa is professionally cleaned and sanitized on a bi-weekly basis by a local
company who will access the unit and leave on their own. Sanitizing chemicals are provided for your use in between the professional
cleanings in order to maintain healthy water quality.
Linens and towels are provided for your use.
Housekeeping service provided before and after your stay is included in your rental fees.
Mid-stay
services are available for your convenience with advance notice and for an additional fee.
For stays 30 days or longer: a mid-stay clean will be required, every two weeks thereafter for longer stays.
A laundry room with full size washer and dryer are available for your use.
In the summer (Memorial Day - Labor
Day), a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts are available for your use and are located right across the street from
the home. There is also a golf course and driving range just minutes away. The ninth fairway of the Eagle-Vail Golf Course
runs right behind The Exception.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
